Toggle outliner script for Maya

The Little script I wrote a couple of weeks ago trying to optimize a use of valuable screen space. It turns on and off the visibility of outliner window in Maya. Just go to Hotkey Editor and assign it to the hotkey of your choice.

Works with Maya 2018.

Feel free to test it with other Maya versions.
